Antioxidants-Rich Diwali Beauty Bites

Who else loves nibbling on rose petals?

Right in time for the festivities, I decided to whip up these cuties. And OF COURSE, I HAD TO give it a wholesome, healthy touch. Since it’s Diwali, I went for Feel Good Skin (my other recommendation would be Happy Gut) for this recipe. But, you know the rules – there are none. Add any mix you like!

This recipe is packed with antioxidants, fiber, Vitamin C and Omega-3 Fatty Acids from Feel Good Skin as well as the dates, honey and nuts. Cashew butter gives a boost of proteins, phytochemicals and minerals. Rose petals are known to be mood-boosters and may also help with digestion.

A treat for all senses. 

You will need:

4 tbsp mixed seeds

1 tsp Cosmix Feel Good Skin

6-7 dates

2 tbsp cashew butter

Handful of almonds & pistachios (chopped)

Honey (optional)

Rose petals (some to mix, some to garnish)

Blend on high and roll them to desired shape.
