Banana Date Energy Boosting Smoothie

Bananas are an energy and mood booster, seeds like pumpkin, flax and chia offer a boost of antioxidants, fibre, omega fatty acids and minerals, which helps you feel full for longer, lowers blood pressure and promotes all round well-being.
You will need:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup organic/plant/nut milk
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp mixed seeds like flax, pumpkin and chia
1 tsp All Day Energy
Blend it together. Sprinkle your favourite nuts and seeds for that added crunch. Enjoy!
