Cooking is a love language. And this week of love is the perfect time to make someone you love (including yourself) feel happy. I’ve got a recipe that’s not only on-point with the theme of the week, but also sure to set a perfectly energetic tone for the day!

A lil bit of Stress Me Not to calm down the frazzled nerves, and a little bit of All Day Energy to charge the body and brain's batteries. Bananas act as the perfect mood boosters, while raspberries bring home those antioxidants. A treat for the mind, body and taste buds! 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Stress Me Not
  • ½ tsp All Day Energy



  • 1 tbsp nuts and seeds of choice



  • Blend everything together until smooth (you may need to stop a few times and wipe down the sides of the blender).
  • Split between 2 bowls & top with nuts, seeds + raspberries.
  • Enjoy!
