Had a heavy meal in the morning? Here’s our go-to recipe to feel light and refreshed after breakfast. Cucumber keeps your body hydrated and mint is a natural cooler. It also helps in flushing out toxins from your body and hydrates your skin. Rich in antioxidants and B vitamins, this drink is a great immunity and energy booster! To this recipe, we add the Healthy Hair mix, to keep the hair roots nourished through this amazing drink! However, you can add any choice of CosMix to this recipe. Add some soda to the recipe if you're feeling up to a mocktail afternoon. 

 

Blend these ingredients and enjoy it chilled-

 

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Mint leaves
  • Honey or any natural sweetener (optional if you like sweetness in your juice)
  • A hint of lemon (optional)
  • 1 tsp Healthy Hair
  • Ice
