You will need:

1 tsp Turmeric
1 cup milk of your choice
1 tsp honey
First, take the My Happy Gut mix and a few spoonfuls of milk. Blend it together until you achieve uniform consistency.
Next, add the turmeric and a little bit more milk. Again, blend it together until there are no clumps in the milk.
Now, pour the rest of the milk. Stir in the honey.
