Matcha Yoghurt Popsicles

It's packed with matcha (our favorite superfood) packed with antioxidants and one of our favorite mixes - CosMix Happy Gut, which keeps your gut balanced and healthy! Happy gut, loaded with prebiotics and dietary fibres combined with the prebiotics in yoghurt in this recipe makes this a very gut friendly snack.
However, the best part about this recipe is it's versatility, so you can use any of your favorite CosMix and add it to your popsicles!

Here's what you need-
Greek yogurt - 2 cups
Matcha powder - 1 tbsp
Happy gut - 1 tbsp
Honey - 4 tbsp
Mix yogurt, matcha, CosMix and honey in a bowl and whisk it well.
Divide into your preferred containers or popsicle mold.
Refrigerate overnight. (12hrs min)
Voila! Your matcha yogurt ice popsicles are ready.
