Best care combo for oneself

These 2 Beauties along with WWW, are Gems for me.. They have helped me the most.. These have been the only and Best solution for My hair growth issue and severe acne (pus and painful acne with hard scars) problems.. I have, stopped my oral medicines, external gazillion skincare products, n following minimal skincare routine.. Am proud n happy to have been consistent on having these daily since more than a year.. These are magic and works wonders for oneself .. Go for it..!!

Worth the hype

After 3 months of regularly taking the skin and hair potions and here is what I noticed:

My skin texture has improved. Although I get a few breakouts here and there, especially around my periods, the skin recovery is quicker. If I close my eyes and run my fingers across my face, I barely feel any bumps that I felt earlier.

In terms of my hair, I have mild scalp psoriasis, because of which hair fall has been an issue. It was a miracle that I witnessed when my hair fall severely reduced. Earlier, every brush through my short hair resulted in at least 3-4 strands getting out. EVERY BRUSH! But now I get 5-6 strands out once a day. My pillow covers after a good night's sleep are devoid of any hair strands as well.

I am proud of myself for being disciplined in taking these bundles regularly, and I am excited to try out the 'my happy gut' in the future box too! I have developed a deep faith in cosmix products and would love to build my collection slowly.

My Morning Absolute Go-To

This is part of my morning ritual and I never miss it. I've been using this with intense commitment for about a year now and I have seen a radical difference. I have very fine hair, but my hairstylist will always compliment on how strong my hair is despite it being fine. I experience little to no hairfall. With regards to my skin, I haven't had any major flare-up in the last year or so. Some mornings I wake with some tiny inflammation due to my diet of the previous day, but once I have my morning dose of this super combo, the inflammation subsides, and i am back to healthy looking and feeling skin.
