What does being healthy mean to you?
To us, it means vitality. Being able to power through a hectic work day and still have the energy to spend quality time with loved ones.
It means not falling ill and depending on antibiotics, every other month.
It means getting good quality uninterrupted sleep.
This is what being healthy means to us. But the path to getting there is often confusing, littered with too many pills, vitamin supplements, and marketing messages that make you feel bad about your body.
But there is another way. It’s the Cosmix way.
Our lifestyles and food habits today have evolved such that the magical properties of ancient plant medicine like Acai Berries from Brazil, Ashwagandha from India, and Maca Root from Peru, may never find their way into our dinner plates.
Cosmix brings you the best herbs, berries, fruits, roots, nuts, petals, and seaweed, ethically sourced from across the world. Our plant-based mixes are carefully crafted by expert nutritionists, combining the healing forces of natural ingredients to target specific nutrition needs.
Cosmix is ancient wisdom, rooted in the science of today, made more accessible to you.
We are not promising overnight miracles. Because miracles are not long-lasting.
What we can promise is that with some patience and a spoonful of Cosmix every day, your body will be radiant, resilient, and beautiful from the inside.
How it all began
My whole life, whenever I had an acne breakout, felt too stressed or had a cold, my mom, a Homeopathy doctor, would whip me up a hot cup of magic that worked wonders. I called it magic because back then, I didn’t know what went into it.
Two years ago, when I had a bad case of PCOS, I started studying more about these superfoods and medicinal plants. I brought home bags of maca root, ashwagandha, turmeric, acai berries, flax seeds, and started making my own mixes. Soon, my digestion improved, hair was healthier, and even my PCOS symptoms were under control!
My friends and family started asking me for such mixes so I checked if something similar was available in the market. What I found instead were products that kept telling me I needed them because my body was not good enough, I was not skinny enough, not fair enough.
That’s when I decided I wanted to ditch this toxic vocabulary of the past and create a wholesome, nourishing solution which does not need to be marketed to our insecurities.
With Cosmix, I want to bring together a community of people who understand that health and beauty are not skin-deep.
