Yes, it can help you focus better. Bring me Bliss contains Brahmi, which is a well studied adaptogen that improves and enhances cognition, memory and processing of information. It appears to have a calming effect on the brain through stimulation of GABA & cholinergic systems. A calm brain is one that is better able to focus on the task at hand, react efficiently, and retain information. Rhodiola in the mix also provides a boost to cognitive performance.
