How to take care of my Cosmix jars?
Although we ensure and test all of our mixes in-house under extreme conditions of moisture, your mix can harden if not cared for properly. You can also read more about them here!
- Ensure that you do not leave your product neglected for more than four days. Our products are made in mind with regular use and habits of customers so they do not harden overnight but it is still not advisable to leave them opened and neglected for too long.
- Ensure that the jars are closed properly and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Take special care of Matcha jars especially. Since they are pure Matcha leaves, like any other leaf when exposed to sunlight, they tend to turn brown or dull in color.
Why has my mix hardened?
All our ingredients are 100% herbs and superfoods without any preservatives or stabilizers. Thus they are highly hygroscopic in nature. This means that they absorb moisture from the air which can cause them to harden.

How to handle my Matcha mix and jar from Cosmix?
It is important to understand that Matcha like any other leaf has a complete lifecycle. They open, grow bigger in size and purpose and they wilt and die.
Since Cosmix Matcha Mix is just pure ceremonial matcha leaves, it is important that you store it away from sunlight. This would otherwise make your Matcha turn brown or dull in color. Apart from this additional care of Cosmix jars like storing them in a dry place and tending to it from time to time still applies to your Matcha jars as well!
Why do some of my jars look half-full than the others?
Some of our products might look half-full than the others. This might be because some of the ingredients used have a higher density than the others and might make it look less. But rest assured, the quantity is 60 grams as promised :)

Why does one of my mixes look a little different in color from my previous order?
We source freshly harvested ingredients from our farm partners every season. The difference in color might depend on the time and season of the harvest. This does not affect the quality and efficacy of the mixes in any way!
Can I mix two mixes together?
Yess, you can absolutely mix our mixes together or choose to consume them individually. It totally depends on your taste preference!!!
However, we suggest not to mix Sleep Like a Baby and All Day Energy for obvious reasons!
What is the recommended quantity of Cosmix mixes?
We recommend taking ¼th of a teaspoon for all our mixes except Passion Potion where you can add ½ a teaspoon. We also recommend that you take only one to two servings a day. Although they help with various conditions, they are not a replacement for any meals and are only supplemental.
What is the best time to take Cosmix?
You can consume most of our mixes anytime during the day. However, if you have a sensitive gut, we recommend taking them with/after breakfast!
You can consume Sleep Like a Baby 45 minutes before bed for full effects to take place. All Day Energy can be consumed in the morning after breakfast.
Can I consume Cosmix products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Although our products are 100% plant-based with no added sugar and preservatives, we suggest you consult a doctor regarding the incorporation of our products. Most of our favorite customers have taken them in their pregnancy without any issues but everybody’s body is different and what might work for one might not for the other.
So a doctor would be qualified to assess your pregnancy/post partpartum condition and give you an unbiased opinion.
