Here’s the Scoop

Story
of the formula

This blend is deeply personal. It was the very first formula Vibha created in 2016 while navigating her own healing journey with PCOS. After years of trying medications for irregular cycles and hormonal acne, she turned to herbs and Ancient Herbalism to better understand the root causes. As she began to experiment and study, she slowly started to feel better, and What Women Want was born.

Over time, she realised that so many women were silently struggling with their cycles, thinking it was just something they had to live with. But our period is more than a monthly event, it’s a vital sign of overall health.
This mix was created for women facing irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause, or hormonal concerns like PCOS. It follows a root-cause approach, grounded in three pillars:

Stress Support with calming herbs like Shatavari and Maca Root to nourish the nervous system and balance stress hormones.

Hormonal Support with Shatapushpa, Shatavari and Maca Root, known in traditional systems for supporting reproductive health and cycle regularity.

Detox Support with Beetroot and Nettle Leaf to support liver function and help the body eliminate hormonal waste effectively.

Frequently Asked

Questions

I have PCOS. Can it help me?

While PCOS can’t be completely cured, it can be managed, and herbs like Shatavari, Maca root, and Shatapushpa can offer real support.Shatavari helps balance estrogen and progesterone, supports fertility, and may aid blood sugar regulation. Maca is known to reduce stress, support mood, and regulate hormones that can help with symptoms like irregular periods or excess facial hair. Shatapushpa, a powerful Ayurvedic herb, is traditionally used to support healthy, regular cycles. Think of it as gentle, consistent support that helps your body find more balance over time.

I have PMS. Can it help me?

Yes, it will! The saponins (a naturally occurring plant compound) in Shatavari have an antispasmodic effect that eases menstrual spasms/ cramps. Nettle Leaf is known to replenish lost nutrients and works to nourish the body while relieving symptoms such as cramps. Additionally, the calming properties of the Lemon Balm and Alfalfa relax your nerves and work to improve your mood.

Can it regularise my menstrual cycle?

Yes, this mix has ingredients that are known to regulate periods. Shatavari contains saponins which makes it a natural estrogen regulator and has been used to help regulate cycles. Stress is also a common cause of delayed periods. Here’s where herbs like Shatapushpa and Maca Root in WWW help the body respond and adapt to stress by strengthening the nervous system. Maca root also contains the nutrients necessary for balancing hormone production which can lead to regulated menstrual cycles

How long should I take the What Women Want mix?

Once you start to feel at ease with the symptoms and a regular flow, you can stop taking the herbs. Ideally, the balance will be maintained, and your body will continue experiencing the benefits of the mix. However, we suggest continued consumption of the mix for at least 6-8 months, before you decide to stop if you have PCOS or long term hormonal imbalances.

Who is this mix NOT for?

If you are taking WWW to help with hormone related issues but don’t feel any changes after taking it daily for a month, this means most likely your issues are not hormone related but caused by other factors and/ or health conditions. We recommend talking to your health care professional to establish the root cause of your problem.  Also, if you are pregnant or lactating, we suggest consulting your doctor before taking this mix.

What is the shelf life of this product?

What Women Want has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing

Can I mix 2 or 3 supplements?

Yes, you absolutely can. Our mixes are safe to be consumed together, just make sure that you're keeping yourself well-hydrated! Please keep in mind that All Day Energy cannot be consumed with Sleep Like A Baby as they are meant to be had at different times of the day.

Can I take this with other prescription medicines?

While this mix is safe for consumption with no known contraindications, we always recommend consulting your doctor to rule out any potential allergies. They can provide advice based on a full understanding of your health history.

Can I take this if I already have regular cycles or just for general hormonal balance?

This blend is not meant for those with already-regular cycles or for general hormonal “maintenance.” It’s a targeted formulation designed to support specific cycle irregularities—not a preventive or everyday hormonal support supplement.
