Its been a good 1 month since i am using this. I can feel I have gotten calmer, skin shows less redness

I've been having acne issues since 2021, I've consulted 3 dermatologists and followed prescribed medications, especially isotretinoin for days! During the days I took the medicine, acne disappeared but skin always felt sensitive and dry. On stopping the medicine, acne used to bounce back a bit more severely each time.
