In fruit flavours like Chilli Guava, we use real fruit powder - not artificial flavouring. Real fruit powder needs a higher quantity to deliver that natural taste, which takes up more space in the blend. Artificial flavours, on the other hand, are highly concentrated - you only need very little to flavour an entire batch. This is why our fruit flavours have slightly lower protein content compared to other flavours in the range.

Yes, it can be mixed if you enjoy the taste. Usually, we don’t recommend mixing fruit flavours with milk as not everyone enjoys the taste.

It has a mid spice taste profile. We’ve used authentic Guntur chilli (not regular chilli powder), which gives a smooth, even warmth that you feel across your palate, instead of a sharp burn at the back of your throat.

Yes, if you’ve purchased our 38g Single Serve Sachets - you can go ahead and recycle them after use! They aren’t completely biodegradable to keep your protein mix safe inside, but their LDPE material allows them to be recycled over and over again.
