Assorted Pack of 6 sachets

Depending on your goal you could expect different results from consuming plant protein. If you consistently work out, consuming No - Nonsense Plant Protein will help to build muscle mass and tone your body, along with supporting faster recovery and increased stamina for subsequent workouts. If you’re consuming No - Nonsense Plant Protein to fill nutritional gaps in your diet then it will help you to improve energy levels during the day, increase satiety and curb cravings.

Those who are active, and use this with the goal of building muscles and toning the body, can consume it as a post-workout recovery drink. A single serving of the protein - 38g - can be added to water, smoothies, or whatever base of choice.

Those who do not work out, but want to make the most of the benefits of protein, can take this first thing in the morning. This will help to control cravings, boost metabolism, and improve mental and physical capabilities throughout the day.

While you don’t have to be working out to consume this protein mix, your results from using it will definitely be different than someone who is. If you consume this protein but do not workout, you may experience better blood sugar levels and satiety, which could lead to gradual weight loss and a better physique. But you will not be able to build muscle mass and tone your body, without working out and eating well, simply by taking this protein (or any protein, really!).

Amino acids are compounds in the human body which are essentially the building blocks of protein. They are needed in the body for building proteins, hormones, and neurotransmitters. They are naturally found in herbs and protein-rich food. The No-Nonsense plant protein mix contains all 9 essential amino acids.

Isolates are the result of processing a certain food, wherein the protein content of the whole food is extracted into a powder form, without any other active chemicals. It’s necessary to use isolates with sources like peas, so that one can receive the benefits of the protein, without the high starch content (which could potentially cause fatigue and digestive issues).

Adding more protein to your diet can result in different outcomes, based on one’s lifestyle and diet. Someone who does strength training, can consume this as a post-workout drink and follow a wholesome diet, to build muscle mass.

But someone who is looking to lose weight can consume the protein as a way to deal with unwanted cravings. Protein can help keep one fuller for longer, leading to gradual weight loss. Increasing protein intake and replacing carbohydrate/fat-heavy food can appease the hunger hormones, leading to lower calorie intake and weight loss.

The No-Nonsense plant protein doesn’t contain lactose, gluten, or any meat-derived ingredients. These are usually the components in protein that make them hard to digest. In fact, this protein mix contains an in-house digestive herb blend, which boosts gut health, soothes the intestines, detoxifies the bowels, increases the productivity of digestive enzymes, and naturally boosts the movement of the digestive tract.

Our No-Nonsense Plant Protein contains around 4gm of naturally available BCAA per serving of 38gms.

While our serving size of 38gms for 24gms of protein may seem higher than others, this was deliberately formulated in a way that we're able to ensure you get the cleanest protein with real ingredients. Lab-made flavours like 'natural identical vanilla', 'chocolate flavouring' and so on, that are used in most protein powders occupy significantly lesser volume than the real vanilla bean powder, cacao powder and coffee we incorporate in our formula, hence we have kept our serving size a little higher. No-Nonsense Plant Protein was made keeping in mind everyone's health needs and not just for gym goers.

Yes, if you’ve purchased our 38g Single Serve Sachets - you can go ahead and recycle them after use! They aren’t completely biodegradable to keep your protein mix safe inside, but their LDPE material allows them to be recycled over and over again.

While our other packets aren’t recyclable yet, we’re always working towards making our company kinder to the planet!
