Ingredients (makes 10–12 balls, 3g to 4g of protein per ball):

2 scoops No Nonsense Plant Protein – Chikmagalur Mocha

1 cup puffed rice or quinoa puffs (unsweetened)

¼ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

(Optional) 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder for a stronger mocha hit
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together nut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

Stir in No Nonsense Plant Protein and instant coffee (if using).

Fold in puffed rice/quinoa and mix until evenly coated.

Roll into small balls (use slightly damp hands).

Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until firm.
