Easy Protein Cereal Balls

Ingredients (makes 10–12 balls, 3g to 4g of protein per ball):

  • 2 scoops No Nonsense Plant Protein – Chikmagalur Mocha

  • 1 cup puffed rice or quinoa puffs (unsweetened)

  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • (Optional) 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder for a stronger mocha hit

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together nut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

  2. Stir in No Nonsense Plant Protein and instant coffee (if using).

  3. Fold in puffed rice/quinoa and mix until evenly coated.

  4. Roll into small balls (use slightly damp hands).

  5. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until firm.
