Meet the star ingredients that make Sleep Like a Baby so awesome!

Cinnamon
We use the Navashree variety, carefully cultivated in the fertile soil of Kerala to ensure a thick, uniform brown bark with high nutritious oil and flavour content. The barks are harvested once in two years to ensure the finest quality of the harvest. Cinnamon helps alleviate stress, improves digestion which in turn helps achieve restful sleep.


Chamomile
Native to the regions of western Asia and Eastern Europe, our chamomile is harvest in early summer after the buds have fully bloomed, to ensure nutritional peak. These flowers are then dried and processed before they go into our mix. Chamomile is a natural sleep inducer rich in antioxidants that calm your mind and gently lull you into sleep.


Jatamanshi
Cultivated in the high altitude regions of Himachal and Uttarakhand, Jatamanshi is a natural sedative. We harvest it between September and October, 3 years after the plant attains optimal maturity. It is then washed and shade-dried to preserve all active nutrients.

HOW TO USE

Quantity: 1/4 teaspoon a day.
When to have: An hour before bedtime.
Taste: Sweet and spicy, with hints of cinnamon. Pairs well with: Warm milk (with turmeric and honey), hot chocolate, warm water and honey.
How to have:
Option 1: Whisk 1/4 tsp in warm water (add honey as per your taste)
Option 2: Add 1/4 tsp to warm turmeric milk
Option 3: Mix it with a post-dinner dessert!

We suggest taking Sleep Like a Baby for at least a month, to build a healthy sleep routine. Once you find it easier to relax, wind down and fall asleep all by yourself, you can discontinue the mix.
