Born out of Vibha’s own struggle with PCOS, Cosmix has ever since been on a quest to make nutrition easy, accessible and delicious. After mastering superfoods and plant protein, the next step came naturally to us - upgrading our favourite foods! This mix is from our new functional foods range, with the intention to provide you with nourishment in every single bite or sip.

Our blend has everything that you need to stay healthy and enjoy some creamy hot chocolate without it taking a hit on your gut health. With all the goodness from My Happy Gut combined with the rich Indonesian cacao, have the best of both worlds and enjoy a truly functional food.

Yes, the product is safe for kids over three years old. We recommend this being given to kids in moderation (about 1 cup a week), as cacao & cocoa contain caffeine.

While the product is generally safe for pregnant as well as lactating mothers, we suggest consulting with your health practitioner for the safest course of action as it contains caffeine and every mother’s journey and health are unique.

Cosmix hot chocolate contains coconut sugar that contains a special fiber called inulin which slows down glucose absorption. If an individual with diabetes is monitoring their caloric intake, just make sure to not over consume, and always practice moderation!

Yes, you absolutely can. Our mixes are safe to be consumed together, just make sure that you're keeping yourself well-hydrated! Please keep in mind that All Day Energy cannot be consumed with Sleep Like A Baby as they are meant to be had at different times of the day.
