Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Cosmix Yeast Protein (Apple Cinnamon)
- 1 shot espresso (or 30 ml strong coffee)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (+ extra for drizzle)
- A few ice cubes
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon for dusting
Steps:
- Add espresso, oat milk, Cosmix Yeast Protein in Apple Cinnamon, and maple syrup to a shaker.
- oss in a handful of ice cubes.
- Shake well until frothy and chilled.
- Pour into a glass over fresh ice.
- Finish with a maple syrup drizzle and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Tip:
For extra café vibes, rim your glass with maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.
