Ingredients-

50g plant-based milk
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1.5 scoops protein powder
- ½ tsp coffee powder
- 60g walnuts
- 6–7 pitted dates
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Method-
Melt the dark chocolate and stir in almond butter until smooth.
Soak the dates in plant-based milk with coffee powder for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the blend.
Mix in the protein powder and walnuts until well combined.
Transfer to a container and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Dust with cocoa powder and cut into pieces.
