Moong Dal Dosa: 5g protein (the protein content varies depending on the thickness and amount of dosas)
Veggie Dip: 10g protein (yes, we know a protein dip sounds crazy, but trust us it’s YUM 🤤)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DIP
- ½ cup vegan curd (you can substitute with regular curd)
- ½ scoop of Classic Unflavoured No-Nonsense Plant Protein
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped veggies as per your liking
HOW TO MAKE
🥣 Whisk together 1/2 cup curd/ vegan yoghurt with 1/2 scoop of Classic Unflavoured protein powder, 1 tsp fennel powder and salt.
🥒 Add in chopped veggies of your choice, garnish with coriander leaves & serve with the Moong Dal Dosa (Pesarattu).
