Protein Chaas

 Serves: 1–2

Ingredients:


1 scoop Cosmix NNPP – Unflavoured PRO
¾ cup chilled plant-based curd 
½ cup cold water 
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp black salt 
1 tsp finely chopped coriander or mint leaves
¼ tsp grated ginger 
1 green chilli (slit or minced, optional for heat)
A pinch of asafoetida (hing) 
Crushed ice (optional)


 👩🏻🍳Instructions:

Whisk the Base: In a bowl or blender, mix plant-based curd, cold water, and 1 scoop of NNPP PRO (Unflavoured) until smooth and frothy.

Add the Masala: Stir in roasted cumin powder, black salt, grated ginger, chopped coriander or mint, a pinch of hing, and green chilli if you like it spicy.

Serve Chilled: Pour over crushed ice and garnish with herbs or a sprinkle of cumin.
