Strawberry Mug Cake (23g of protein)
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Plant Protein
- ¾ cup of Oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
- ¾ cup of Plant milk (almond / oat / soy)
- ½ tea spoon of Baking powder
- Optional: maple syrup / jaggery for sweetness
Instructions:

Step 1 – Mix
Add everything to a microwave-safe mug.
Mix till smooth (no lumps). -
Step 2 – Microwave
Microwave for 60–90 seconds
(Start with 60, then add 10-sec bursts.) -
Step 3 – Finish
Top with:
Fresh strawberries or Coconut cream or just eat it warm
