This recipe is healthy, tasty AND gives you 26g protein. You should try it atleast once š¤¤
Ingredients:
* 1 medium sweet potato (boiled, peeled and cubed)
* 1 cup thick curd (dahi), whisked
* 1 scoop unflavoured plant protein
* ¼ tsp black salt
* ā 5 spoons pudhina chutneyĀ
* ā 3 spoons imli / tamarind chutneyĀ
* ā Bhujiya Sev / Ragi Sev / Nachni Sev as toppingsĀ
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Protein Dahi
- Ā In a bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
- Ā Add the unflavoured plant protein, salt and whisk again to ensure there are no lumps. Add a splash of water if needed for a smooth consistency.
2. Assemble the Chaat
- Ā Add the protein-enriched dahi to the sweet potato mixture and mix well
- Add Pudhina Chutney & Imli Chutney topped with your choice of Sev
Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander & pomegranate seeds
