Ingredients:
● 2 cups fresh watermelon, blended
● 1 scoop Watermelon Bubblegum Plant Protein
● 1–2 tsp maple syrup (or skip if your watermelon is sweet enough)
How to make it:
1. Blend the watermelon until smooth, then stir in the protein powder and maple syrup.
2. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Use a fork to scrape and break up the ice crystals. Repeat scraping every 30 minutes for
2–3 hours, until it’s fluffy and icy.
4. Serve in a glass or bowl light, refreshing, and perfect for summer.
