High Protein Breakfast Scramble

Meet the breakfast of the champions! 

Whip up this delicious 15g protein-packed scramble containing Classic Unflavoured No-Nonsense Plant Protein that will come together in just 10 minutes. It's nourishing, it's high protein and it's absolutely delicious. Enjoy it for breakfast, lunch or even a snack. 🥙

Let's make it together - 

Recipe:

Ingredients: 

  • Oat flour - ½ cup
  • No-Nonsense Plant Protein - Classic Unflavoured ½ scoop 
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Leftover veggies
  • Almond buttermilk - 1 cup (you can substitute with buttermilk of choice)
  • Flax egg - 1 (you can substitute with a regular egg)
  • Coriander and pepper to garnish 

Directions:

To Make Almond Buttermilk - 

Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of almond milk and let it sit for 10 mins

To Make a Flax Egg - 

Mix 1 tbsp of flax seed water in 3 tbsp of cold water and let it sit in the fridge for 15 mins until you get an egg like consistency. 

To Make the Scramble - 

🥄 Mix all your dry ingredients first.
🥛 Add in the buttermilk and the flax egg.
🥕 Add in the leftover veggies.
🥣 Mix everything together and pour in a lightly oiled pan. Once it starts to cook, start to scramble it.
🍲 Garnish with coriander and pepper and enjoy!
