Ingredients:
1 scoop Cosmix No-Nonsense Plant Protein Pro – Indonesian Cacao
1 cup plant milk (oat, almond, or coconut milk for creaminess)
1 tbsp cacao powder (optional, for extra depth)
1–2 tsp maple syrup/date syrup/jaggery powder (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (elevates the chocolate)
Instructions:
Warm the Milk:
In a saucepan, gently heat the plant milk until warm (don’t boil it).
If using jaggery powder, add it here to help it dissolve.
Whisk It In:
In a small bowl, mix the Cosmix protein + optional cacao powder + cinnamon with a splash of warm milk to make a lump-free paste.
Combine & Froth:
Pour the paste into the saucepan. Whisk well to combine.
Heat for another 1–2 minutes on low. Froth with a hand frother or blender if you want it café-style creamy.
Serve Hot:
Pour into your favourite mug. Top with:
A dusting of cinnamon or cacao
