Ingredients-
- 25g chia seeds
- 120ml oat milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ cup mango puree
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup/honey (optional)
How to:
1. Whisk chia seeds + protein powder + oat milk + aamras together really well.
2. Let it sit for 5 minutes, mix again to avoid clumps
3. Layer it with aamras and mango chunks!
4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Top with mango chunks + a little honey drizzle + dry fruits
