Soft crumb, deep chocolate flavour. No protein chalkiness.
Ingredients (1 small loaf | Protein~36g)
- 2 ripe bananas (very ripe = best)
- 1½ scoops chocolate yeast protein
- 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup oil (coconut / neutral veg oil)
- ¼ cup plant milk (oat or almond)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Mash bananas till smooth.

Add wet ingredients:
Add oil, plant milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

Prepare dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix:
- Oat flour
- Chocolate plant protein
- Baking soda, baking powder, and salt

Combine:
Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
(Do not overmix — important for softness.)

Bake:
Pour the batter into a greased loaf tin.
Bake
- Oven: 170°C for 35–40 mins
- Pan / Cooker:
- Preheat heavy pan with salt
- Place tin inside, cover
- Cook on low heat 45–50 mins
Cool completely before slicing.
