Ingredients (1 serving / single-serve cookie | 12g Protein)
- 1/2 scoop Cosmix Indonesian Cacao Yeast Protein
- 1 tbsp oat flour (or finely ground oats)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or jaggery syrup)
- 1 tsp any plant based milk
Optional: chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or crushed nuts for topping
Method
- In a small bowl, combine protein powder, oat flour, nut butter, sweetener and mylk. Stir until smooth and shape it into a cookie.
- Optional toppings: Sprinkle a few chocolate chips or cacao nibs on top
- Microwave 60 seconds on high / bake it for 7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees. The cookie should be fudgy and slightly gooey.
- Cool slightly and let it sit for 1–2 minutes. The cookie firms up a bit while staying soft in the middle.
