Ingredients (for ~6 small barks):

1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate (or cacao chips)

2 tbsp Cosmix Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Plant Protein

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (or chopped fresh strawberries, lightly dried)

1 tbsp slivered almonds (optional)

Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate & coconut oil:

In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

Add protein:

Stir in Cosmix Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Plant Protein until fully incorporated.

Prepare baking tray:

Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.

Spread & top:

Pour the chocolate-protein mixture onto the tray and spread into a thin layer (~1/4 inch thick).

Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries, slivered almonds, and a pinch of sea salt on top.

Set:

Place in the fridge for 30–40 minutes until firm.

Break & serve:

Break into bark-sized pieces and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Tips:
