👉🏼 Ragi flour: 40g (approx. 6 tbsp)
👉🏼 Cocoa powder: 10g (approx. 1.5 tbsp)
👉🏼 Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
👉🏼 Milk of choice: 150ml (adjust as needed for batter consistency)
👉🏼 Walnuts as toppings
HOW TO MAKE
🥣 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a small cake tin (about 380ml capacity).
🥄 Mix dry ingredients: Combine mocha protein powder, ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
🥛Add wet ingredients: Gradually add milk to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Adjust milk quantity if needed for a pourable consistency.
🫗Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
🍰 Cool and serve: Allow the cake to cool before slicing.
