This no bake chocolate-strawberry tart is something we cannot get enough of! This mouth-watering tart is made without any artificial flavours and gives you 24g of protein - the perfect dessert for a special occasion (or even a cozty night in)! Let’s make it together -
INGREDIENTS
- Almond flour
- 1 scoop of Chikmagalur Mocha No-Nonsense Plant Protein
- Coconut Oil
- Warm coconut milk
- 3-4 cubes of chocolate
- Strawberry purée
- Slice strawberry
HOW TO MAKE
🥄 Mix almond flour and a scoop of Chikmagalur Mocha No-Nonsense Plant Protein in a bowl.
🥄 Add coconut oil and warm coconut milk to the dry mix.
🥄 Start kneeding and continue to add the coconut milk as the tart base comes together. (Almost cookie dough consistency)
🥄 Grease a tin with coconut oil, press the tart base into it and refrigerate.
🥄 Take a saucepan and add the coconut milk to it and let it come to a boil.
🥄 Add the chopped chocolate to it while whisking it, till it mixes well.
🥄 Add the fresh strawberry purée to it, and let it simmer on medium heat for 3-4 mins and cool it to a room temperature.
🥄 Pour the filling into the tart base and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
🥄 Once set, garnish with sliced strawberries and enjoy! 🍓
