Protein treats are usually sweet, but we love mixing it up with some savoury bites! And this protein wrap is something we’re obsessed with.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 1 scoop of Classic Unflavoured No-Nonsense Plant Protein
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Baking powder
HOW TO MAKE
🥣 In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients, add water and mix.
🥄 On a pan, spread the batter the way you make dosa/ chilla.
🌯 For the filling, add some leftover veggies or curry (we’ve used tofu for some extra protein) drizzle sriracha sauce over it and enjoy!
