Weāre a little bit of both. Over the weekend we were feeling indulgent, so we made this gooey, delicious fudge brownie that gives you 24g of protein, with taste notes of coffee and chocolate (thanks to our Chikmagalur Mocha protein). So letās make it together -Ā
INGREDIENTSĀ
- Handful of MakhanasĀ
- 1 scoop of Chikmagalur Mocha No-Nonsense Plant ProteinĀ
- 1 tbsp Maple SyrupĀ
- 1-2 tbsp chopped walnutsĀ
- Milk of choiceĀ
- 3-4 cubes of dark chocolateĀ
HOW TO MAKEĀ
š„ Roast Makhana with no oil. Blend in a mixer until a powder texture.
š„ ā Mix the Roasted Makhana Powder,a scoop of Chikmagalur Mocha Protein, Maple Syrup, Walnuts & Milk of choice.Ā
š„ ā Blend & get a fudge like consistency. Add more milk if necessary to get the consistency.Ā
š„ ā Flatten the Fudge Mix on a butter paper & spread evenly.Ā
š„ Melt Dark Chocolate & pour over the Fudge.Ā
š„ ā Freeze for 30-40 mins & enjoy!
