Ingredients:
1 large Ratnagiri mango, peeled and chopped and made into 1 cup of pulp
1 scoop Cosmix No-Nonsense Plant Protein – Ratnagiri Mango
½ cup coconut milk or almond/oat milk
¼ cup water or more, to adjust thickness
1–2 tsp jaggery powder or date syrup (optional, if mango isn’t super sweet)
A pinch of cardamom
Few saffron strands (optional, soaked in a tbsp warm milk for extra indulgence)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add and blend the following:
In a blender, toss in all ingredients:
Mango pulp
Cosmix Ratnagiri Mango protein
Coconut milk + water
Jaggery/sweetener (if needed)
Cardamom + saffron
<Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.>
Garnish & Serve Chilled :
Pour into a chilled glass.
Optional: Top with chopped mango, crushed pistachios, or a swirl of coconut cream.
