INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Coffee Protein Pro
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup vegan oat biscuits (crushed
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

METHOD

  1. Mix protein powder into coconut yogurt.
  2. Soak crushed biscuits lightly in almond milk.
  3. In a tray, layer soaked biscuits, then protein yogurt. Repeat layers.
  4. Smooth the top and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. Refrigerate 2–3 hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
