INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Coffee Protein Pro
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup vegan oat biscuits (crushed
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
METHOD
- Mix protein powder into coconut yogurt.
- Soak crushed biscuits lightly in almond milk.
- In a tray, layer soaked biscuits, then protein yogurt. Repeat layers.
- Smooth the top and dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
