Apple Cinnamon Yeast Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Cosmix Apple Cinnamon Yeast Protein

  • 3 tbsp almond flour or oat flour

  • 40ml coconut milk + 10 ml water

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ small apple, finely chopped

  • ½  tsp maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)

  • Optional toppings: cinnamon dust, crushed nuts, whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  2. Add milk and maple syrup/honey — stir until smooth.

  3. Fold in the chopped apple.

  4. Air fryer for 7-8 minutes (letting it pre heat for 5 beforehand)

  5. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, crushed nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream.

  6. Optional: drizzle a little honey/maple syrup for extra indulgence.
