Ingredients:

1 scoop Cosmix Apple Cinnamon Yeast Protein

3 tbsp almond flour or oat flour

40ml coconut milk + 10 ml water

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ small apple, finely chopped

½ tsp maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)

Optional toppings: cinnamon dust, crushed nuts, whipped cream
Instructions:

In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Add milk and maple syrup/honey — stir until smooth.

Fold in the chopped apple.

Air fryer for 7-8 minutes (letting it pre heat for 5 beforehand)

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, crushed nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream.
