High-Protein Strawberry Matcha Latte (Layered Café Style)

Ingredients:
Strawberry Layer:
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp water
Protein Layer:
- ½ cup plant milk
- 1 scoop Cosmix Yeast Protein MS
Matcha Layer:
- ½ tsp ceremonial matcha
- ¼ cup hot water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:

Make the strawberry base
Blend strawberries + a splash of water + maple syrup into a smooth purée. Pour into the bottom of a tall glass.

Make the protein milk
In a shaker or blender: Mix plant milk + 1 scoop Cosmix protein until smooth and frothy. Gently pour this over the strawberry layer.

Make the matcha
Whisk matcha with hot water until there are no clumps. Let it cool slightly.

Assemble the layered latte
Add ice cubes on top of the protein layer. Slowly pour matcha over the ice so it stays layered.
