Ingredients (1 serving | ~8–10 bites | 23g Protein)
- 120g fresh strawberries (whole)
- 70g dark chocolate (vegan friendly)
- ½ scoop Cosmix Strawberry Plant Protein
- 1 tsp coconut oil

½ cup + 1/8 cup soy milk (to make it extra smooth + saucy)
Toppings (optional): crushed nuts / cacao nibs / freeze-dried strawberry bits
Method
- Wash the strawberries well and dry them completely.
- In a pan, add dark chocolate + coconut oil and melt on a very low flame.
- While melting, slowly add ½ cup + 1/8 cup soy milk and keep stirring continuously until it becomes a smooth chocolate sauce.
- Switch off the flame and stir in ½ scoop Cosmix Strawberry Protein until fully mixed and glossy.
- Dip whole strawberries into the chocolate-protein sauce, let excess drip off, then roll in crushed nuts (optional).
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
