INGREDIENTS
🥄 Oats flour: 3 tbsp
🥄 Atta (whole wheat flour): 2 tbsp
🥄 Cosmix Classic Unflavoured Protein Powder: 1 Scoop
🥄 Baking powder: ½ tsp
🥄 Baking soda: ¼ tsp
🥄 Grated carrot: ½ cup
🥄 Milk of choice: ⅓ cup
🥄 Melted Butter: 2 tbsp
🥄 Brown Sugar or jaggery powder: 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
🥄 Chopped walnuts: 1 tbsp
HOW TO MAKE
1️⃣ Mix: Combine oats flour (3 tbsp), atta (2 tbsp), 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder, baking powder (½ tsp), baking soda (¼ tsp), grated carrot (½ cup), milk (⅓ cup), oil (2 tbsp), sugar (2 tbsp), walnuts (1 tbsp), & a pinch of salt.
2️⃣ Bake/Steam: Pour into 2 greased ramekins. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins or steam for 25-30 mins.
