Makes: ~8 small tikkis

Ingredients:
2 scoops Cosmix No-Nonsense Plant Protein – Unflavoured
1 medium boiled potato, mashed
½ cup grated carrots
¼ cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 green chilli, finely chopped
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder) or a squeeze of lime
Salt to taste
2 tbsp rice flour or besan (for binding)
1–2 tbsp oil, for shallow frying
Optional Add-ins :
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp crushed kasuri methi
Pinch of ajwain (great for digestion)
Instructions:
Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, combine:
Mashed potatoes
Grated vegetables
Cosmix Unflavoured protein
Spices + salt
Rice flour/besan
Mix well to form a soft dough. If it feels too wet, add a little more flour or oats.
Divide into equal portions and shape into small round tikkis.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan (or use an air fryer). Shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy
Pair with mint chutney, vegan mayo, or slide into a bun for a protein burger!
