INGREDIENTS
- Ā½ cup Oat FlourĀ
- Ā½ scoop Classic Unflavoured No-Nonsense Plant ProteinĀ
- Ā½ tsp Turmeric PowderĀ
- 1 cup Almond Buttermilk (you can substitute with buttermilk of choice)Ā
- 1 Flax Egg (you can substitute with a regular egg)Ā
- Leftover VeggiesĀ
- Coriander & pepper to garnishĀ
HOW TO MAKE
To make almond buttermilk -Ā
Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of almond milk & let it sit for 10 mins.Ā
To make a flax egg -Ā
Mix 1 tbsp of flax seed powder in 3 tbsp of cold water & let it sit in the fridge for 15 mins until you get an egg-like consistency.Ā
To make the scramble -Ā
š„ Mix all your dry ingredients first.Ā
š„ Add in the buttermilk and the flax egg.Ā
š„ Add in the leftover veggies.Ā
š„£ Mix everything together and pour in a lightly oiled pan. Once it starts to cook, start to scramble it.Ā
š² Garnish with coriander and pepper and enjoy!
