With a crunchy base, creamy filling, and fresh strawberry-chia topping, it’s an easy dessert that’s both wholesome and delicious - perfect for when you want something sweet and protein rich without the effort of baking.

INGREDIENTS
For the Base:
* 2 whole wheat biscuits (crushed into fine crumbs)
* 1 tsp melted butter or yogurt of choice (for binding)
For the Cheesecake Layer:
* 50g tofu/paneer (crumbled, at room temperature)
* 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
* 1 scoop Mahabaleshwar Strawberry plant protein powder
* 1-2 tsp maple syrup/honey (optional, for sweetness)
For the Topping:
* Strawberry & chia seed mix (prepared by combining fresh strawberry puree and chia seeds, then letting it thicken for 15-20 minutes in the fridge)
HOW TO MAKE
1️⃣ Base: Mix crushed wheat biscuits with melted butter, press into a martini glass, and chill.
2️⃣ Filling: Blend tofu, yogurt, strawberry protein powder & maple syrup. Layer over the base and chill for 2 hrs.
3️⃣ Topping: Add strawberry chia mix, garnish with a strawberry slice & serve! Protein-packed, no-bake, and guilt-free! ✨
