High-Protein Strawberry Chia Jam (No-Cook)
Ingredients:
- Real Strawberries – 1 cup
- No Nonsense Plant Protein (Mahabaleshwar Strawberry) – ½ scoop (11.5g of protein approx)
- Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Honey or Jaggery – 1 tsp (optional)
- Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
- Water – 2–3 tbsp (as needed for blending)
Process:
- Add strawberries and a little water to a blender.
- Pulse lightly if you want it chunky, not fully smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in chia seeds and ½ scoop of Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Protein.
- Add honey or jaggery (if using) and lemon juice, then stir well.
- Let it sit for 15–20 minutes so the chia seeds thicken it up into a jam-like texture.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, it only gets better.
How to Use:
- Spread on toast, pancakes, or mug cakes.
- Stir into yogurt, oats, or smoothies for a fruity protein boost.
